Our ground-breaking client is redefining fitness events—high energy, community-driven, and fuelled by music culture. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own campaigns and community end-to-end, driving ticket sales and building buzz as the Games launch in London and scale across the UK and beyond.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a natural storyteller who thrives in live environments and knows how to turn moments into movement.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll lead the full marketing strategy for Games and Fitness events, from announcement to post-event recap. You'll manage multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media—owning budgets, timelines, and KPIs while making sure every touchpoint delivers energy and impact.
You'll:
1. Deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales and community growth
2. Own CRM journeys and customer communications, optimising every step of the funnel
3. Manage ticketing platforms and ensure seamless user experience
4. Capture content live at events—workout highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, athlete features—and edit for Reels, TikTok,...
