Job Summary
Clerical Officer - Hyde 22.5 hours per week
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Central Administration service. This post will work within the Hyde locality providing full clerical support to a range of Health Care Professionals.
Working as part of a team, the post holder will act as the first point of contact for service users therefore the post holder must have the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders and have a positive approach to customer care. Administration experience is essential as you will be expected to undertake a full range of clerical tasks. The service currently operate between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, however the Community Administration service is contracted to work between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
This post will be working within the Hyde Locality based at Selbourne House. The hours of work for this post will be 09:00 am to 17:00pm Wednesday to Friday.
Main Duties of the Job

Along with the designated tasks the successful candidate will acquire an understanding of the duties and responsibilities of colleagues to become an active and proficient member of staff.
The designated person will provide full clerical support to the Health Care Professional teams based in community settings.
As part of a team, the designated person will be the first point of contact for all community service users.
The post holder will be familiar with a full range of clerical tasks and undertake specific duties. The post holder will be undertaking tasks requiring strict confidentiality.
The post holder may be required to work from any community healthcare base according to the needs of the service.
The service operates between the hours of 8am to 8pm using a rota system.
