You’ll lead the brand’s social media presence with flair, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating stand-out content. From content ideation to going live, you’ll be at the heart of driving brand awareness, community growth, and engagement – while keeping a laser focus on ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, aligned with the founder’s vision.
* Manage day-to-day operations of all social channels, including scheduling, community engagement, and DMs.
* Create and manage a monthly content calendar linked to launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
* Plan and produce founder-led content, behind-the-scenes stories, and thought-leadership pieces.
* Analyse data, understand algorithms, and leverage trends to boost growth and engagement.
* Build relationships with influencers and tastemakers, negotiating and managing paid partnerships within budget.
* Arrange and manage social shoots, sourcing creatives and talent while working to tight budgets.
* Shoot, edit, and publish platform-optimised photo and video content.
* Confidently appear on-camera for tutorials, trend videos, and BTS content.
* Use AI tools for ideation, content creation, and production efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with PR, communications, and digital teams to deliver an aligned brand voice.
