Job Title: Customer Service, Returns and Claims Admin Location: SVC Operation, Leighton Buzzard Shift Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 Pay starting 25,500 per year Department Objectives: Manage resellers' needs for good parts, supplying them in a timely manner; Provide assistance for resellers; Analyse all returns, claims and credits made to LGE for parts; Stock management and forecasting for good parts in the WH; Supply to engineers (for MC and HE) good parts. Primary Objectives of the Role: Reporting business parameters and controlling them as requested Account manager for resellers General Admin work for the department and internal support as requested Key Responsibilities: Create and monitor reports according to request from Dept Manager; Primary LGE point of contact to resellers for: Order Parts Request parts Free of Charge, according to internal policy Accept return of parts, booking collections and managing invoices for collections Internal support of admin work for dept according to weekly needs Provide assistance for Spare Parts Team, either in Costumer Service but also when needed to Returns and Stock Management teams.
