Nursery Room Leader - Sleaford Area Location: Sleaford Contract: Full-time Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) Start Date: Immediate We are recruiting an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a welcoming early years setting in the Sleaford area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a confident early years professional who is committed to delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in leading your room, supporting staff, and ensuring children receive a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning experience.
