We are working with a outstanding and high:achieving primary school in Harrow that is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher from November 2025.
Responsibilities of this Key Stage 2 Teacher role:

Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives.
*
Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
*
Plan and deliver a high:quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non:core subjects.
*
Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement.
*
Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.
The Ideal Candidate for this Key Stage 2 Teacher role will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2
*
Be committed to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
*
Show excellent classroom and behaviour management
*
Be a team player with a reflective, proactive approach
