Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/ess role
* Knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu
* To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
* Assisting guest’s during their visit and handling guest complaints
* Performs the opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned
* Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities
About You
Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences. Proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable, as it enables you to connect with a diverse range of guests and provide a personalized level of service.
