Overview
We are seeking self-employed cleaners to provide professional cleaning services for a variety of clients. This role offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality cleaning solutions. Experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial work is highly desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidates. As a self-employed cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across different premises, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in commercial air bnb setting including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
* Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment efficiently and safely
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in all assigned areas
* Manage your own schedule to meet client appointments and deadlines
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and preferences
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes
* Keep accurate records of completed work and any supplies used or required for future visits
Requirements
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is essential
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good time management skills to optimise scheduling efficiency
* Reliable transportation to reach various client locations
* A professional attitude with excellent communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning environments and client needs
