Our Sales & Service Consultants play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and unforgettable experience, from booking to post-stay. Role Overview: As a Sales & Service Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to combine your sales skills and customer service expertise to deliver the best of both worlds. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist customers in finding their perfect holiday, converting inbound calls into confirmed bookings, and providing exceptional post-booking support. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be an integral part of a team focused on achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Engage with inbound customer calls, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations to secure bookings and booking extras. Customer Service: Handle customer queries via phone, email, and web chat, addressing booking concerns, relocation requests, and any other inquiries with a focus on first contact resolution. Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with customers, ensuring each interaction is personable and helpful, with a focus on providing a delightful customer experience. Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our portfolio to confidently recommend the best options for our customers’ needs. Problem Solving: Effectively manage complex customer issues, ensuring swift resolutions while delivering the highest quality service. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. Key Skills & Attributes: Sales & Target-Driven: Comfortable working towards targets and motivated by achieving goals. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs. Relationship-Oriented: Passionate about building long-term customer relationships and creating a positive, lasting impression. Problem-Solver: Ability to resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently, with a solutions-focused approach. Experience: Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre or sales environment, although full training will be provided. Passionate about Travel: A genuine love for travel, especially UK holidays, with an enthusiasm for sharing this passion with customers. What We Offer: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pro rata.
