Learning Facilitation Manager £55K-£60K Basic Salary We are seeking an experienced people manager and lead learning facilitator to join a dedicated Learning & Development Facilitator team. This role will suit someone with a strong background in leadership, management, and behavioural learning, who has a proven track record in delivering impactful leadership development programmes and managing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will bring passion for learning, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to inspire and develop others. Travel to South Wales office 1 x a week.
