Marketing & Communications who will seize this moment and help
shape the College's future. This is an opportunity to bring fresh ideas and

The right person will not simply market a school, they will play a pivotal
role in propelling Campbell forward, expanding its reach, and ensuring
its voice is heard with clarity and impact in an increasingly competitive

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering
a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that supports
pupil recruitment (Kindergarten, Junior School and Senior School
day and boarding), enhances the College's public profile, and works
collaboratively across Development and external engagement with key
partners including the Old Campbellian Society and feeder schools.
Working as part of the School Leadership, the post-holder will bring
creative direction to internal and external communications, support the
Director of Development with fundraising and alumni relations, and
oversee brand management and market positioning, both locally and
internationally.
