Customer Service Coordinator – Job Overview

We have a new opening in Brackmills, Northampton for a full-time Customer Service Coordinator to join our Back Office Customer Service (Fulfilment) team. This role is responsible for data management and placement for fulfilment of orders, system maintenance, EDI flows, and generating & maintaining data reports.
The working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
As a Back Office Customer Service Coordinator, you Will
* Daily order processing within predefined timescales
* EDI mapping and maintenance
* Validation and controls on daily order volumes
* Ensure all fulfilment requirements are in place for back orders in line with business SLAs
* Troubleshoot and resolve electronic orders that fail within the order processing system
* Respond to queries and requests within the team’s shared inbox in a timely manner
* Investigate orders that have not reached fulfilment
* Root cause analysis
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (GHX)
* Help in the validation and collation of the reporting requirements (including adhoc reports)
* Analytical support and dashboard creation
What are we looking for?
* Successful experience in using JDE or Salesforce (and/or any similar systems)
* High volume order processing
* Good problem solving skills (e.g. conduct root-cause analyses)
* Good application of data risk management
* Process driven
* Strong attention to detail / accuracy
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
