They are an ever-growing SME which has no limitations, with just under 20 employees you won’t be a small fish in a big pond, you’ll be making a direct impact to the projects you work on. * Manage project budgets and cost plans from start to finish
* Prepare feasibility studies and cost estimates for new developments
* Lead procurement advice, tender documentation, and contractor negotiations
* Oversee financial control, valuations, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
* Provide strategic cost advice to private developers on large-scale residential schemes
* Handle post-contract cost control, including variations, final accounts, and compliance
The Person:
* Proven QS experience (ideally within a consultancy environment for private developers)
* MRICS or working towards it
