What the Job Involves This role involves assisting individuals in overcoming major difficulties, enhancing their independence, and protecting those at risk. You will work within existing legislation to assess, commission, and review services for a specific client group. You will manage and prioritize your workload, deliver care packages, and work in partnership with clients to meet support needs. Participation in team meetings and maintaining accurate records aligned with Council policies is essential.
