Audit Director Responsibilities include:
* Acting as a Responsible Individual (RI) for audit assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
* Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service
* Leading and managing audit teams, overseeing planning, execution, and finalization of audits in line with firm and professional standards
* Ensuring audits are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Overseeing and reviewing the preparation of financial accounts, working with clients on year-end accounts and tax compliance
* Providing strategic guidance on financial reporting and accounting practices
As an Audit Director, you will:
* Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
* Have, or soon be obtaining, RI status
* Possess over 6 years of post-qualified experience
* Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of clients
* Demonstrate success in winning new business or be willing to do so
