The Job Role:
Head Chef for a well-rounded hotel operation
Management of the hotel kitchen servicing a bar, restaurant, and meetings & events
The Head Chef will be responsible for a brigade of 10 chefs plus KP's.
The Head Chef will be managing the kitchen compliance and allergens.
The Requirements:
The Head Chef will have good experience in managing hotel or branded restaurant kitchens
This role would suit a proven Head Chef with stable progression shown throughout their CV
Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
A self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
