What Youll Be Doing
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, Youll Be Responsible For
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Sourcing, interviewing, and prepping candidates
Developing new business through outreach and networking
Becoming a subject matter expert in your specialist market
Youll Work In One Of Our Specialist Teams
Financial Services (Accountancy & Finance roles)
Commerce & Industry (Commercial finance roles across industries)
Technology (Tech placements across sectors)
Change & Transformation (Project, change & transformation talent into FS and C&I)
Who Were Looking For
Recent graduate or final-year student (any degree discipline)
Ambitious, resilient, and target-driven
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
Interest in recruitment, sales, finance or tech a bonus but not essential
