Shift pattern - Nights 4 on 4 off
Your Key Responsibilities
* Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment
* Ensure all machinery operates efficiently, safely, and in line with regulatory requirements
* Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
* Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and improve line efficiency
* Uphold best practices in health, safety, and environmental compliance
* Contribute to lean maintenance practices, including TPM and CI tools
The Ideal Candidate
At Least 2 Years Experience
* To engineering based operational efficiency programmes.
* In a similar role of supporting Site Strategy for Quality/HS/EMS/Engineering.
* Of supporting improvement activities/events within facilities and engineering owned areas.
* Of delivering on the job training to new colleagues Health and safety of self and others NVQ Level 3 qualification – Mechanical and/or Electrical Bias "Train the trainer" training
* Ability to have own ideas and deliver these to improve the business Has played an active role in continuous improvement Piranna Systems Training (Desirable) Operational measures OEM Training / Site specific equipment training (Desirable) Generic HMI / SCADA/ Fieldbus/Drives & Instrumentation Desirable
* Relevant Health & Safety Modules Escalation procedures SSOW Document Awareness
* Engineering Quality Induction
* Ability to work to deadlines Effective project management skills Ability to provide "on the job coaching" and gain support from shift leaders
