Overview of the Job
For Galaxy Restaurant & KTV, the Social Media Manager will oversee content strategy and public relations on Google, Instagram, TikTok, and RED (小红书). Developing social media strategy, creating bilingual content, organising influencer campaigns, monitoring interaction metrics, and keeping a consistent tone of voice in line with company identity are some of the major responsibilities. By addressing public comments, organising press releases, and producing shareable material to raise brand recognition, the manager will assist PR initiatives. Strong knowledge of young, culinary, and nightlife trends in the UK and Chinese-speaking markets is necessary for the position. A minimum of two years of PR or social media experience is required.
Duties
 * Create and put into action thorough social media plans that support corporate objectives.
 * Produce, choose, and plan interesting material for various social media sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
 * Keep an eye on social media platforms for engagement opportunities, messages, and comments; reply politely and quickly.
 * Examine performance indicators to enhance engagement rates and refine content strategy.
 * Work together with the PR, marketing, and creative departments to guarantee unified brand messaging.
 * Effective public relations techniques can help you manage your internet reputation.
 * Keep abreast with new developments in social media tools, trends, and best practices to maintain the company’s leadership in digital innovation.
 * Plan campaigns that increase outreach and publicity for events, projects, or new product releases.
Experience
 * Shown expertise in digital marketing or social media management
 * Strong knowledge of public relations concepts and how to use them in social media settings
 * Outstanding written communication abilities with the capacity to create gripping stories for many audiences
 * Knowledge of analytics programs like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or comparable performance monitoring platforms
 * It is beneficial to have prior experience creating original content, such as images, movies, and copy.
 * Capacity to operate both independently and cooperatively in a group setting
