OLDER PEOPLE MENTAL HEALTH WORKER
Location: Annandale Street, Glasgow
Shift: 24 Hours Night Shift
Our organisation was established in the mid‑70s with the goal of providing outstanding social care for individuals with diverse support needs. Key Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred care to older adult clients during the night shift.
* Support individuals through their personal support plans to achieve their goals.
* Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
* Maintain accurate care records and report any changes promptly.
* Assist with medication and health‑related needs as outlined in client plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Can adapt communication style to develop successful and enjoyable relationships with the people we support.
* Committed to working with people through their personal support plans to ensure they achieve their goals and celebrate successes.
* Positive and flexible outlook, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in care not required; we recruit based on values and transferable skills.
