About School :
As the lead school for DSPL3 (Delivering Special Provision Locally), It provides free outreach support to over 50 mainstream schools and early years settings in the local area, offering training, school-wide advice, and tailored pupil support. Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets
* Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
* Support pupils with various SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals
* Monitor and track pupil progress, adjusting strategies as needed
* Encourage the social, emotional, and behavioural development of all learners
* Promote a culture of resilience, independence, and achievement
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or training in SEN
* Child DBS on update service.
* Strong understanding of inclusive education and SEN strategies
* Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
* A commitment to empowering every learner
