Digital Futures is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Partner, specifically focused on Public Sector clients, to join our Institutional Client Team, a pivotal function within our organisation that drives client engagement, relationship management, and business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic public sector clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Develop and execute client strategies to enhance satisfaction, retention, and growth.
* Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector executives and key decision makers.
* Identify opportunities to expand client engagements within the public sector, aligning with Digital Futures' services and solutions.
* Provide strategic guidance to public sector clients on leveraging AI, data, and technology to meet their organizational objectives, improve public services and achieve policy goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes in technology delivery and workforce solutions.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of public sector policies, funding models, and procurement processes.

* Expertise in Public Sector Markets: A deep understanding of public sector markets, including the key challenges, priorities and procurement processes.
* Client-Centric Mindset: A relentless focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
