About the Role Title: Customer Services Administrator Role: Permanent, full time - flexibility for 4 day work week. Location: Chester, office based Salary: up to £29K per annum Benefits: 26 days annual leave bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, free onsite parking, and more. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for B2B customer queries across phone, email, and live chat. Manage and resolve customer enquiries, escalating appropriately when required. Handle high volumes of inbound interactions while ensuring accurate data entry into CRM systems. Develop knowledge of product portfolios to provide effective troubleshooting support. Work towards agreed service targets and KPIs, ensuring complaints are managed professionally and in line with regulations. Key Skills & Experience Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple channels. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to update and manage cases in CRM systems. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. A positive, enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn and adapt. Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment (CRM/Salesforce experience desirable).
