We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a School in Bournemouth. Our campus supports children and young people aged 3–19 with autism and other complex needs. We work in small, supportive teams to help each pupil learn, grow, and achieve their goals.
Your role will include:
Supporting students in the classroom and around the school
Helping children develop learning, communication and life skills
Working closely with teachers and therapists to meet individual needs
Encouraging independence and building confidence in our learners
Creating a safe, calm and positive environment every day
We’re looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with children or young people
Is calm, caring and able to work as part of a team
Can communicate clearly and follow instructions
Is flexible and ready to learn new skills
Has experience or interest in working with children with autism (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
