We’re seeking an exceptional Fundraising Manager to lead nationwide fundraising, build a diverse and sustainable income base, and shape the future of our organisation.
In this key role, you will recruit, onboard, and coordinate volunteers, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver MACS’ mission regionally. You will work closely with volunteers to organise events and activities, raise awareness, and represent MACS at events while maintaining volunteer engagement and compliance with safeguarding and data policies. You will also lead in organising and delivering events and activities in regions where volunteers may not be available.
