* Generate suitability reports from newly onboarded clients
* Contact clients to complete welcome call, portal activation and anniversary calls
* Assisting with inbound calls to customer service
* Admin duties

* Managing your time effectively is key
* Ensuring the FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met

* 2 years experience in financial services
* A great communicator with professional telephone manner
* A highly motivated individual with a drive to deliver outstanding customer service
* The ability to build a great rapport with clients through a consultative approach
