As CFO, working closely with our Board, you will safeguard our financial health while enabling growth, leading long‑term financial strategy, commercial planning, investment decisions and mergers and acquisitions. You will provide insight, constructive challenge and forward‑looking analysis to support confident decision‑making. You will also act as Company Secretary, helping to ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance across the Group. We are looking for a proven finance leader who can operate confidently at Board level bringing both commercial acumen and strategic foresight. You will be motivated by growth, transformation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Shape and lead our long‑term financial and commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with our Roadmap to Success and growth ambitions. Act as a strategic partner to the Board, translating financial insight into clear recommendations that drive performance and value creation. Lead capital allocation, investment planning and business‑wide scenario modelling to support sustainable growth. Own our mergers & acquisitions pipeline - from early‑stage analysis through to negotiation, due diligence and post‑deal integration. Drive company innovation, transformation and systems improvement in partnership with our operational leaders. Oversee the financial governance framework, ensuring compliance, transparency and robust internal controls. Act as Company Secretary ensuring statutory compliance, effective governance and exemplary Board support.
