Tiny Tots Nursery, an award winning nursery are looking for a creative and enthusiastic NVQ level 3 qualified practitioner to join our team in our lovely setting in Cirencester. Ideally, hours will be 7.30 till 6 covering either 3 or 4 days a week (must include Wed, Thu and Fri). There is some flexibility on hours and days. We are looking for someone with management experience or a quick learner who is ready to take on a new and exciting job role!
We will support you giving you the training and mentoring required for you to flourish in this new role.
We are looking for a deputy manager who is dynamic, has the ability to work as part of a team, be able to use their initiative and time‑manage their day effectively to ensure the smooth running of our nursery and above all have a passion for working with children.

* Engaging children in entertaining and educational play through a variety of activities.
* Supervising children at indoor and outdoor play and ensuring their safety and security.
* Supporting and assisting peers in planning and delivering the EYFS.
* Ensuring regular communication and interaction with parents to update them on their child’s progress.

To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and knowledge:
* Experience working with children birth to 5 years
* Hold a minimum L3 childcare qualification
* Ability to develop and deliver an engaging activity plan in accordance to the EYFS
* Ability to communicate with children and parents
* Work well within a team
* Basic IT skills
