The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and experienced accountant to lead our business planning and treasury functions during a pivotal period of growth and improvement.
This role will:
* Provide expert financial support by delivering a comprehensive business planning and treasury accounting service for the Group.
* Develop, review and advise on our Treasury Strategy and Policy, ensuring long‑term financial resilience and compliance.
* Work closely with a range of funders to support investment, viability and future ambitions.
* Support regulatory compliance across the Group, ensuring strong controls and confidence in our reporting and governance.

What We’re Looking For
We recruit for potential as much as experience. Our ideal candidate will bring:
Full accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 2+ years’ PQE.
Experience leading and developing a team.
Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102).
Ability to design, maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
Working knowledge of transactional and complex accounting concepts.
