About the Role
The role of a Cover Supervisor is vital in supporting daily classroom activities. You will work under the guidance of teaching staff, supervising classes or working with individuals and groups during short-term teacher absences. Responsibilities include ensuring set work is completed and managing student behavior in line with the academy’s Behaviour Policy. You will also coordinate the daily cover rota and liaise with supply agencies. During free periods, you may provide additional administrative support, and when cover is not needed, support classroom activities as directed.
This position is suitable for someone considering a teaching career or anyone with enthusiasm for engaging young people through outside interests such as sports coaching or guiding activities.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We seek motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact on students' lives.
