Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our award-winning client in Liverpool. This hybrid role offers up to £60k and involves leading support and project teams, improving service delivery systems, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor support, project, and pre-sales staff, ensuring accountability and adherence to processes.
* Enhance service delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain or improve client experience.
* Manage Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes with high performance and accurate reporting.
* Communicate with clients, manage expectations, and handle escalated issues.
* Maintain team motivation and engagement to ensure low staff turnover.
* Contribute to business strategy as part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Operations Director.
Requirements
* Proven track record in IT support and project delivery in the private sector.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Full, clean driving license.
