Solicitor - Personal Injury Department
About Us: My client is a very reputable law firm based in the heart of Northwich, committed to providing quality legal services to their clients. The Personal Injury Department specializes in handling a diverse range of higher value injury claims, including RTA, OL, EL, and PL. Position Overview: They are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their dedicated team in the Personal Injury Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of higher value injury claims, from pre-litigation through to the litigated stage. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full caseload of higher value injury claims, including RTA, OL, EL, and PL.
* Handle cases from pre-litigation through to litigated stage, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Personal Injury Department and across the firm.
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical practice.
* Qualifications and Requirements:
o At least 1 year of experience as an existing case handler in the personal injury field.
o Qualified Solicitor with relevant legal qualifications.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
o Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
o Commitment to providing quality service and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
