Temporary Position
Immediate start after successful interview.
We are recruiting for an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and data analysis. You will joining a specialist manufacturing company in the Annesley area on a temporary basis for approximately 4 weeks to support with an internal IT changes and ensure all data is accurately and efficiently logged.
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:00
Friday 07:00-12:00
This role is based 100% at our clients offices in Annesley.
Day to Day will include:
Our client is currently undergoing changes to their internal IT systems and require temporary support in getting data moved into their new, bespoke systems. This role is primarily IT based in which you will be manually entering data from other systems, cross referencing and detail checking the input. You will also be monitoring calibration reports coming from both the engineering and manufacturing teams. You may also on occasion be asked to support other departments with general administrative tasks.
About you:
We are looking for somebody who is confident and adaptable to various IT systems and would consider themselves advanced in using reporting systems such as Excel/Google Sheets. Due to the nature of the work, this role would best suit somebody with previous experience from an engineering or technical sector. Must be fluent in English both written and verbal.
