We are the embedded hiring partner to a growing professional services group seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead delivery performance across multiple offices.
The business operates across a number of advisory disciplines and has built strong momentum in recent years. As the organisation continues to grow, this role has been created to strengthen leadership across the group and ensure consistent performance, service standards and commercial discipline.
This is a senior leadership appointment focused on execution, leadership capability and portfolio performance.
The Role
Working closely with the executive team, the Managing Director will take responsibility for the performance of the group’s client service operations.
You will work directly with Partners and senior leaders across multiple offices, ensuring strong commercial management of client portfolios while maintaining consistent service standards.
A key part of the role is strengthening leadership accountability. You will support senior leaders in improving commercial discipline, performance visibility and consistency of delivery across the organisation.
Alongside this, you will contribute to wider leadership discussions around performance, leadership development and the continued evolution of the business as it scales.
About You
You are likely to be operating at senior leadership level within a professional services environment and comfortable working alongside experienced Partners and senior professionals.
You will understand the realities of leading multi-office teams where performance, client relationships and commercial discipline all matter.
Experience leading P&L performance, strengthening leadership teams and maintaining high standards of delivery will be central to success in the role.
Exposure to a private equity-backed or high-growth environment would be advantageous, particularly where performance visibility, leadership accountability and disciplined execution are important.
Equally important is the ability to operate in a growing organisation where clarity of leadership and accountability become increasingly important as the business scales.
