We are looking for graduates for our Roads team who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will work in a collaborative environment on a diverse range of clients and projects.
Locations for Roads Infrastructure Design include: Truro, Exeter, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, Basingstoke, Guildford or London.
Responsibilities
* Designing and drafting of transport solutions
* Attending site visits and inspections
* Data analysis and reporting
* Project coordination
* Stakeholder communication
* Assisting Senior Engineers
* Delivering National and Regional Infrastructure Frameworks to major projects and local improvements including active travel schemes
Our Roads team works on a range of activities at all stages of infrastructure delivery for public and private clients, including active travel, public transport and rail interface projects.

Graduate Development Programme
Our two-year Graduate Development programme is designed to support personal and professional development through a blended learning experience, including core business and professional skills training, career development workshops, mentoring for professional registration, and on-the-job experience.

What Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate
You’ll have graduated with at least a 2:1 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject for the role. You may review more detail in the Graduate brochure or website.
* Candidates must complete the application form in full answering all specific questions. This includes an online skill enabler assessment. Both parts are essential to the recruitment process.
* You’ll be looking to start work in either April or September 2026.
* You’ll have a passion for Engineering and an enthusiasm for creativity and problem solving.
