Role & Responsibilities The Electrical Associate Engineer will be expected to manage the delivery of high-quality electrical services design packages across all stages of the design development process. Your responsibilities will include: * To contribute to resource management and planning. * To contribute to business development activity. * To represent the company at an executive level and promote our core values at stakeholder engagement meetings and the local professional network. * To support the board of directors with the growth and technical development of the regional business. * To support your direct reports and peer group through collaboration and knowledge sharing. * To identify opportunities for further personal development and advancement. About You: * Demonstrable experience within a similar or relevant working environment at a management level. * An understanding of the commercial and technical management of service delivery. * Demonstrable people and communication skills. * An understanding of current and emerging market trends. * Degree level academic qualifications or equivalent. * Chartership status with the Engineering Council or equivalent. * A genuine passion for the built environment. * Full membership of a relevant professional institution.
