Job Description:
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading the HR advisory function and managing a high-performing team that supports all stages of the employee lifecycle.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering hybrid working arrangements.
Requirements:
* Experience managing or leading HR Shared Services or advisory teams
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices
* A customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality and operational performance
* Experience using data, SLAs, and KPIs to drive team performance and continuous improvement
* A calm, delivery-focused approach to managing priorities, change, and ambiguity
Desirable:
* Lead a motivated Tier 2 HR advisory team supporting colleagues across the employee lifecycle
* Participate in strategic HR transformation projects, including the rollout of self-service and automation tools
* Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
* Influence service design to improve colleague experience and operational efficiency
