We’re recruiting on behalf of a fantastic charity for a Service Manager to lead an employment support programme linked to MSK (musculoskeletal) health. If you’re great with people, confident running services, and enjoy working across different sites, this could be a strong match.
This is a hybrid role (roughly 50/50 home and office), with the main office in Shepherds Bush and travel across West and North London.
What you’ll be doing: You’ll take the lead on day-to-day service delivery, supporting Team Leaders, driving performance, and keeping everything running smoothly.
A big part of the role is relationship-building too: working with NHS teams, Primary Care Networks, local providers, and commissioners to keep the service well-connected and effective.
You’ll also use data to spot risks, improve delivery, and make sure the service consistently supports people with MSK conditions into work.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience managing an employment support service (must-have)
Confident people-management and coaching skills
Experience working with targets, KPIs, and quality standards
Strong partnership-building skills, ideally across NHS or similar settings
Good organisational skills and comfortable using data and IT
Flexibility to travel across West & North London when needed
If you’re motivated by improving services, supporting teams, and building strong local partnerships, this role offers a great mix of autonomy, impact and purpose.
