Pay: £19.17 per hour.
Hours: 24 hours per week.

Job Description
Relief Screening Officer – responsible for observing and reporting activities, conducting security checks, ensuring compliance with screening procedures, using wands and metal detectors.
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
* Adhere to and apply the Screening Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
* Require datacentre personnel to utilise metal detection and/or wand for secure area access
* Monitor traffic flow through screening checkpoints
* Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel
* Perform hand‑held wand searches and walk‑through metal detection searches
* Follow safe work practices and be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety
* Notify superiors of any unsafe working conditions
* Carry out all functions, duties, or tasks in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, following applicable company policies and procedures
* Seek clarification from superiors or authorised company representatives when uncertain

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
* A valid SIA licence
* Must have a valid driving licence
* Reliable, flexible and ability to cover last minute
* Willing to travel and cover all of London
* Be able to work on their own occasionally for long periods of time
* The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history
* Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
