Our teams work closely with residents to create a community where everyone feels valued and engaged.We are now looking for a creative, compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team in the heart of the beautiful New Forest—where no two days are ever the same.About the RoleAs an Activities Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our home—bringing energy, creativity, and warmth to each day.You'll design and deliver a varied programme of engaging, meaningful activities, tailored to the interests, abilities, and life stories of our residents.Your role will include:Planning and delivering activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and enjoymentEncouraging residents to take part and try new experiencesSupporting hobbies, crafts, and life skills activitiesOrganising events and creating a vibrant, social atmosphereBuilding strong relationships with residents and colleaguesMaintaining accurate activity records and plansWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Fun, caring, and full of enthusiasmA confident communicator with a positive, “can-do” attitudeAble to work both independently and as part of a teamHighly organised, adaptable, and a natural multitaskerPassionate about enriching the lives of othersSome experience in care is requiredBasic IT and organisational skills are beneficial (full training provided)A Voice from Our TeamZoe, one of our team members, shared what makes this role so special:“You need to be creative, passionate, and dedicated.
