We're seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants in the Bournemouth area to join our team, starting at a competitive rate of £84 per day. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing essential support to students with diverse learning needs. You'll work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored strategies that promote student progress and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for students with SEN. Assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated lessons. Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
