The Role As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing projects, advising clients, and supporting junior team members. You will be involved in all aspects of the planning process, from early-stage strategy through to application submission and appeals. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing a range of planning projects Preparing and submitting planning applications and supporting documentation Providing strategic planning advice to clients Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants Mentoring and supporting junior planners Contributing to business development and client relationship management The Candidate We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware planning professional who is looking to take the next step in their career.
