Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of electrical projects and ensure ongoing compliance. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, document management, and liaising between our electricians, clients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project scheduling and job tracking
* Manage documentation for compliance, certifications, and inspections
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the on-site team
* Monitor deadlines and regulatory requirements
* Provide general administrative support to management and operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in admin, project coordination, or compliance
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database systems
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Knowledge of electrical or construction industries is a plus
