Title: Account Executive - Mid Market

Salary & Package: £80,000–£90,000 base + double OTE
Job Summary
Our client is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to join a high-performing UK sales team within a rapidly scaling, profitable SaaS organisation. This is a full-cycle (360°) sales role, owning opportunities from self-generated pipeline through to close, supported by Solutions Consultants, Marketing, and a structured go-to-market engine.
The successful candidate will sell a mission-critical, AI-driven finance and spend management platform into organisations with revenues between £100m–£1.5bn, engaging senior finance stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, and AP leadership. Deals are consultative, multi-stakeholder, and methodology-driven, typically running over 3–6 months with average deal values of £60k-80k.
The UK team is a standout performer within EMEA, consistently exceeding targets (105%+ attainment), and operates in clearly defined pods with strong leadership and territory planning. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong book of business, develop enterprise-grade deal skills, and progress within a growing commercial organisation.
Experienced Required
* 3–5+ years of B2B Account Executive experience in a Mid-Market environment
* Proven experience in a 360 AE role, including self-sourced pipeline generation
* Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets (£800k–£900k)
* Experience running multi-stakeholder, methodology-led sales cycles (e.g., MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / SPICED)
* Experience selling into the Finance function (CFO, Finance Director, AP, Payments)
* Background in financial software, ERP-adjacent, or spend/finance automation strongly preferred
* Comfortable operating in a high-growth, scale-up environment
* Commercially driven, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset
