A financial services provider is seeking a German speaking CRM Specialist to design and implement the end-to-end CRM strategy on behalf of a key client. You'll advise the client on best practice and how to engage with it's customer base in the best way.
Responsibilities:
* Create strategies to develop and implement large scale CRM campaigns using personalised content
* Manage and execute the marketing campaign process and deploy outbound marketing channels (e.g., email, SMS, push).
* Take ownership of the platform, ensuring optimal setup, maintenance, and utilisation.
* Coordinate with the Data and product teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
* Ensure correct tracking, attribution, and analytics mechanisms are in place.
* Provide guidance to partners, helping them achieve their desired KPIs.
* Conduct regular review meetings with partners, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.
* Manage and oversee the Adjust Platform for active mobile measurement
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the company's Marketing CRM efforts, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
* Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests that yield continuous improvements to our fan strategies and lift conversion rates.
* Optimize lifecycle CRM campaigns (e.g., onboarding, reactivation) using insights and analytics
* Building, nurturing and influencing strategic marketing relationships with Bank Partners
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years experience in CRM ideally in B2C
* Ideally in a B2C environment in a large corporate
* Experience with CRM tools
* Prior working knowledge of enterprise level marketing automation platforms eg Marketo or SFMC
* HTML editing and working knowledge required to be able to make edits to templates
* Deep understanding of channel KPIs, A/B testing, metrics, and reporting.
* Fluent in German essential
* This is a fully remote.
£50-70,000 basic salary
