You will play a key part in maintaining plant reliability and ensuring high equipment availability across a fast‑paced production site. This includes mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance. You'll work closely with operations and engineering teams to reduce downtime, improve performance, and keep the site running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
Support automation tasks including basic PLC fault‑finding, HMI alarm monitoring and sensor checks
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across production and utility systems
Assist with CHP equipment maintenance: pumps, heat exchangers, lubrication systems
Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis
Accurately record tasks, parts, and findings in the CMMS (Fiix)
Work safely at all times, following site procedures, LOTO, ATEX and electrical safety rules
What You'll Bring
Apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
Experience within a manufacturing or continuous‑process environment
Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills
Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and P&IDs
Experience with pellet mills, conveyors, air handling systems or heavy industry (advantageous)
