Our client are specialists in their industry sector, they are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis.
It is essential candidates are flexible to work a 3 shift pattern.
The Job youll do
1. Diagnosis and repair of special purpose equipment and make sure it works correctly.
2. Formulation and execution of effective (value added) planned maintenance (PM) to prevent disruption of activities.
3. Prioritisation, validation, and completion of maintenance requests.
4. Control of Inventory using engineering database.
5. Pilot key equipment using maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs) to formulate and execute improvement action plans.
6. Mentor and support to maintenance apprentices.
7. Capture of comprehensive maintenance data for equipment history and lessons learnt purposes.
8. PLC fault finding using PLCs for remedial actions and process improvements.
9. Coordinate with maintenance engineering department for external modifications and future installations.
