Our team delivers innovative solutions to the complex challenges our clients face. Our company is split into two business areas: Utility Infrastructure and Social Infrastructure. Utility Infrastructure designs, builds and maintains critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure for the UK’s largest network owners and operators. Social Infrastructure revitalises homes and communities by carrying out work from retrofit to refurbishment and maintenance.
Job responsibilities
* Oversee deliveries, monitor stock levels to ensure a suitable amount of stock is available; deliver fittings/equipment to site as required.
* Manage requisition of stock to meet customer requirements.
* Manage perpetual inventory and investigate discrepancies.
* Produce and present reports.
* Liaise with Planning and Site Managers.
* Ensure stock levels are adequate to meet demand.
* Liaise with suppliers.
* Data entry and place orders onto the systems.
* Ensure yard and stores area is kept safe, tidy and secure.
* Load/unload vehicles.
* People management and any other duties reasonably assigned.
Qualifications
* Fork lift/telehandler licence desirable.
* Full UK Driving licence suitable for up to 3.5 tonne flat bed/half truck.
* Microsoft Excel or similar experience.
* Time management understanding.
