We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the Frontier team, based at Diss on a permanent, full-time basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
You will support the Supply Chain Manager and wider Environmental Crops procurement team providing accurate and timely administration. Covering purchasing, logistics, customs/duty handling, packing coordination, and stock movements, the Supply Chain Administrator provides a pivotal role in ensuring stock is readily available, compliant, and correctly valued.

Your Role
As a Supply Chain Administrator your role will involve:
* Booking in deliveries when received, querying exceptions
* Maintaining clear communication with Operations, Logistics and Customer Service teams
* Managing production delays, proposing alternatives/substitutions and proactively informing the Customer Service team, and updating customers on revised ETAs.
* Maintaining yearly sales comparison data to support procurement
* Accurately input purchases
* Processing supplier invoices and querying variances
* Processing supplier rebates, verifying eligibility and rates, raising/recording accruals or credit notes.
* Maintaining open purchase reports
* Monitoring and managing intake, liaising with Operations and third-party suppliers and hauliers
* Coordinating transfers between storage locations
* Managing seed imports, ensuring 100% compliance with the UK National List and escalating exceptions
* Administering duty charges, ensuring stock values are correct
* Maintaining files for Phyto certificates, APHA permits, customs entries, and duty documents.
* Collating germination/purity certificates and producing data to assist with customer complaint resolution
* Liaising with customers and colleagues regarding order delays, revised schedules, and availability.
* Supporting the Environmental Crops Customer Service and Administration team with ad-hoc tasks.
