The Roles Primary Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary SME for all End User Compute and Device initiatives, including Windows/Mac laptops, desktops, virtual desktops (VDI), mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
2. Design and maintain modern device management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM).
3. Lead the technical lifecycle for EUC services—evaluation, planning, deployment, testing, support, and retirement.
4. Develop and maintain policies and standards for device security, patching, compliance, and usage.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Network, Service Desk, and Procurement to ensure cohesive EUC strategies.
6. Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to enhance user experience, security, and cost-efficiency
7. Lead or support EUC-related projects, including OS migrations, hardware refreshes, and application rollouts.
8. Monitor and report on EUC service performance, incidents, and user satisfaction metrics.
